The first part in El Yunque was great, although not very difficult. They accompanied us on the route, helped us with the "climb," and gave us fresh fruit. Bradley and Amauri were 10/10. The food was delicious. The kayaking part was quite bad. The route goes through dark mangroves (you can't see ANYTHING) and it's full of sargassum. In the bay, you can barely see any bioluminescence (another local told us later that the bioluminescence in that lagoon went out years ago, but they use the weather as an excuse when you can't see anything).

Mal.

Bad. There was no warning that the activity was too strenuous. You had to climb rocks and trees if you wanted to enjoy the excursion. And the bioluminescence thing was a total rip-off; they charge you and you don't see it, and they trick you with some nonsense about the weather. Very disappointing overall. Unbelievable, especially with Civitatis. Plus, their prices are exorbitant for a PR tour.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guides for El Yunque were always very attentive and had a great energy. This was my first solo activity, and I was very happy. The kayaking experience was a shame that we couldn't see the bioluminescence due to the sea conditions, but I have to thank the team: Brian, Daniel, Francisco, and especially Miguel, my kayaking partner. They did everything possible to ensure we could see something, but we couldn't. Still, I might try it again if I return to the island in the future. Opinion translated. Show original.

We were able to do both activities with good guides who took care of our safety and made sure we enjoyed the activity. I would like to mention Bian who was our guide, almost personal, in the luminescent bay activity, he accompanied us the whole time and gave us the tour in Spanish (we were the only ones in the group) making it easy for us to understand everything and enjoy it as much as possible. Translate this opinion into English.

The quality of the food, the quantity and the price (El rincón del Faro). The bioluminescent bays + the Kayak activity itself is also good! The only thing that would improve is the time of the activity so that the bioluminescence could be seen in its maximum splendor. We are left with a feeling of “it tastes like little to me”. Translate this opinion into English.

Both the first and the second were very good... the only drawback I would have would be that it is all in English... it is neither in Spanish nor bilingual... on the first excursion thanks to the driver he was telling us the most important of what the partner said.... in the second it was great because they gave us an instructor in Spanish expressly for us.... but I understand that this should be pointed out... Translate this opinion into English.

This is my first time traveling to Puerto Rico and I really wanted to go to El Yunque and see the bioliminescence. In the morning we were doing slides and activities that involved getting into the river. Everything was very fun and we had a great time, especially because we were a small group and because Paola and Luis, the guides, took great care of us and behaved phenomenally! ten for them. In the afternoon we went to Fajardo. Seeing the bioluminescence in Kayak without a doubt is wonderful. A very nice experience. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The morning excursion to Yunque was fine, except that they should better indicate the issue of bringing more change of clothes, and avoid people spending so much time with moisture in their bodies. The afternoon excursion to the luminescent lagoons was good, but please, people wear a helmet and flashlight because you can't see anything and people crash into the mangrove branches and hurt their heads. And bad in the afternoon without photos. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity is very nice, there are different activities all very fun, you will need rain clothes since it is super humid. Highly recommended to do as a couple or as a family, but one thing must be known: the traditional routes of El Yunque are not visited even if a part of the forest is visited. In short, if you want to live a fun experience, it is highly recommended. As for the bay, it is best to do it on days without the moon, otherwise you can see little. Opinion translated. RECOMENDABLE 100% Translate this opinion into English.

The experience is very fun and unique. In El Yunque you enjoy nature in its fullness, the activity is somewhat more powerful than the description (climbing, jumping, going down a rapid, canyoning...) but it can be done without problems. Seeing bioluminescence is a wonderful thing. It is an activity that can be enjoyed as a family and it is not necessary to have experience in kayaking. RECOMMENDED 100% Opinion translated.
