Translate this opinion into English.

The partner company organized a group of various nationalities and the person in charge of the setup did not bother to provide explanations in more than one language (English and Spanish), only giving the information in English and then leaving. They could be more empathetic. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was very easy to find the place and get the tickets. It was the only tour we booked that had a Portuguese language option and where the people actually spoke Portuguese. The guide stayed with us until the very last possible moment, dropping everyone off at the exact location. Opinion translated. Show original.

Excelente servicio. Translate this opinion into English.

The service was excellent, especially Jana, who was very attentive. Even though we had a problem with public transport and didn't arrive at the scheduled time for skip-the-line entry, she helped us get in quickly. Excellent service. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Highly recommended. I'd been once before, and seeing the Vatican Museums again without the queues was a real plus, allowing me to explore the collections at my leisure. The Sistine Chapel was breathtaking. Impressive for anyone who appreciates historical, religious, cultural, and architectural heritage in all its splendor. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The people who helped us at the office were incredibly friendly. Special mention to our guide, Andrea, who accompanied us to the museum entrance. We visited the museums and the Sistine Chapel without a guide, and it was great to do it on our own. It's breathtaking. Opinion translated. Show original.

We had tickets for 4 pm. We were at the office 20 minutes early, as instructed, waiting. We went outside at 4:05 pm to wait for the guide who would accompany us to the entrance. We stood next to the garbage in the blazing August sun of Rome. They handed out the tickets and gave us the very obvious instructions on how to behave in the museum. In total, we spent about 10-15 minutes outside in the sun... they could have done the same thing at the office while we waited, so we wouldn't have had to enter 15 minutes late. Very expensive.

Vacation in Rome for an 85-year-old woman. I sought support from Marisol Viaggi, my trusted travel agency for over twenty years. Charo, the former owner, no longer works there, but as always, she gave me the best advice. Excellent support for any need, with a dedicated assistant exclusively for my mother. My compliments to the entire staff and our assistant, Federica (good, beautiful, friendly, and with indescribable tact in assisting an elderly traveler). Thank you. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Very good; the company took care to accompany us and explain everything. The experience itself wasn't so great due to the high number of visitors and the excessive heat in the galleries. It's very difficult to be in a museum where you can't even get close to the artworks. The groups with the guides also make it very difficult to move around the museum; they should be more careful about stopping in certain areas. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was perfect. The meeting point was the location specified in the booking, an air-conditioned office across from the museums. A brief explanation was given, and you can download an app with a museum map. Our guide, Jana, was very friendly and efficient. You go to the group line with your assigned time, and even though there are people, it moves very quickly, all because of the security check. They escort you inside, right to where you go through the entrance. Opinion translated. Show original.

The price we paid (€330 for 2 adults and 2 children) was outrageous. The guide dropped us off at the entrance, spoke only in English, and then we continued on our own through the museum. For that price, I expected much more. Museums are worth visiting, but not at this price; it was a rip-off.

Translate this opinion into English.

The service from Inside Out was very good. The team was very attentive. I needed to adjust the times of one of the tickets and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. They accompanied us to the access control entrance, provided all the information, and we really didn't have to wait in line. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We got in very quickly and didn't have to worry about being in a group, since everyone went their own way. The audio guide is very good, although I had a little trouble understanding the interior map and got a bit lost at first. I highly recommend it, as I realized that many guided tours go straight to the Sistine Chapel and miss Michelangelo's Rooms, which are honestly totally worth seeing. Opinion translated.

I paid €146 for a skip-the-line ticket, but they just escorted me to a queue like everyone else. They gave me a receipt for €25, not €146. The young man who accompanied me didn't speak Spanish, and we were all Spanish speakers. He had to use his phone's translator and showed me what he'd written. It was a complete disaster, very unprofessional. Then I waited in line for two hours to get into the Sistine Chapel.
