Ostuni Mozzarella Experience

At 9:30 am we'll meet in via Ceglie, where the Masseria Fragnite, one of the most famous cow mozzarella factories in Ostuni, is located. Let's start the visit!

We'll enter the premises and visit the grazing area to discover where the exquisite cow's milk that is the raw material for the mozzarella and the other fresh cheeses produced here is obtained.

After touring the farm, we'll enter the production rooms, to explain step by step how mozzarella is made and what are the peculiarities that differentiate it from other cheeses. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a tasting that will include various cheeses and cold meats. What a delight!

The visit will end at 11 am. We hope to see you again soon!
