The experience was incredible. I used the app to guide me and understand the wait times for the rides. The parks are beautiful, and I was very moved by the show at the end of the day. Doing both parks in the same day was quite tiring, and I didn't have time to go on all the rides I had planned, so if I have another opportunity, I will visit them over two days. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Buying tickets through the app was super easy. Plus, if you download the Disney app, you can link the tickets to the same app or to your wallet and have them directly on your phone. It's essential to have the app to see the wait times and shows for each attraction. But Disney, my god, the wait times are eternal, you lose your life in every line, and the staff treats people like cattle, and everything is designed so that you can't sit while waiting. That part is very unpleasant. Opinion translated. Show original.

There isn't much variety, and they're not easy to access. They should pay more attention to and prioritize people with disabilities or reduced mobility. Everything is very expensive, and even with top-ups, they don't sell cables for mobile phones. You get more tired just looking for activities than the attractions themselves.

Translate this opinion into English.

We downloaded the tickets through the Disney app and it worked very well. We were able to schedule a time to visit Mickey and plan which rides we would go on. The service from the Civitatis team was great, all our questions were answered. We received the tickets well in advance, so it was also possible to take printed copies to enter the park without any problems. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The park is wonderful, truly beautiful. The big problem is the number of people, like everything in Paris. The park was packed, we could barely use the rides, lines of more than an hour per attraction, it seems like there's no limit to sales and the number of people in the park. In short, if you plan to go to the park, I recommend buying the VIP pass, that way you'll enjoy it much more, because the lines are extremely tiring. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was very easy to buy the tickets. We had a wonderful and emotional day at Disneyland Paris. Our goal was to visit the Frozen world and everything was marvelous. We would have liked to experience it with the character, but it was impossible to get into the virtual queue. The experience overall was beautiful. Opinion translated. Show original.

Very organized, clean, and everything was very beautiful, without a doubt. The show at the end was thrilling. Two points for improvement: - There are not enough signs indicating which way the attraction is. Small arrows would help a lot. - If there are few people in the queues, why make us snake around so much? We already walk a lot because everything is very far apart. It would help to only walk the necessary distance when queuing.

Recomendo e compraria novamente Translate this opinion into English.

Amazing! I saw some bloggers talking about it and was a little hesitant, but I bought it anyway! I wasn't disappointed and I recommend it without hesitation! When I bought the tickets, they asked me to wait a few days for delivery! In less than five days, the tickets were already in my email! Zero problems entering the park! I recommend it and would buy again. Opinion translated. Show original.

What I booked were the tickets to the park, which were phenomenal since they were sent via QR code to use as many times as we wanted. Then inside the park, there are things to improve, but that's no longer the ticket company's problem. Civitatis is highly recommended for buying your tickets as they are very secure and completely reliable. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was fantastic, access was great, and despite the crowds, we were able to really enjoy the park and the attractions. The shows were amazing, and the floats were fantastic too. It was a dream come true, and I'd love to do it again in the future. Opinion translated. Show original.
